Here are the details that you need to know about our refund and exchange policies

Custom-Made Items

NO REFUNDS: Since custom items are tailored to your specifications, all sales are final and are not subject to refunds nor exchanges.

ALTERATIONS AND EXCHANGES: Need adjustments? Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product for free alterations.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If there's an issue with your custom piece, contact us at +971 52 299 0618 with photos and details. We will response within 24hrs on a repair or replacement of your item.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Accuracy is key! Please ensure measurements and design details are correct when placing your order.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

• By placing a custom order, you agree to our NO-REFUND POLICY.

• Estimated production time is 2 weeks upon availability of fabric. Pre Order products could take from 30-45 working days.

• The client is responsible for all the shipping costs related to returns and alterations.

• If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, Second Sunday will consider the Order abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such orders in any way it chooses, and the deposit or full payment paid by the customer will not be subject to refund.

  • All confirmed orders are final.
